The Baseball Hall of Fame

The Baseball Hall of Fame opened in 1939. Since then it has become the most highly recognizable baseball institutions in the country. It displays baseball memorabilia and honors the greatest players of all time. Every year new players are inducted into the Hall in a ceremony that draws thousands of fans into downtown Cooperstown.
